Captains met with their respective teams to see how they felt the command structure was working.

Guests: Board member Gayle Ross
February minutes: John moved to approve and TJ seconded
Correspondence: An ER Doctor commented to Sam that Three Forks Ambulance does a great job.
Kevin Lower (AMR EMT) said that our CPR rate reports are top notch. If you would ever like to review one from a call you were on they are in the office.
No old business
Maintenance: There has been an issue with the GFI blowing on the outlet that #1 is currently plugged into. It was doing it when #3 was there as well so we will look at replacing the outlet. Until then if you think about it, please check and reset it if necessary.
The breaker in #3 was kicking off all the time… that has been fixed.
Supplies: nothing as of now
March 16th – Difficult patient moves & firefighter rehab
March 20th – Emergency Pediatric Care
This is a free training in Belgrade. Space is limited and you must register by March 6th!! There is a flyer on the marker calendar in the bay with more info. Attendees are also required to complete an 8 hour online course previous to the 8 hour course in Belgrade on the 20th. Please let us know ASAP so captains and chiefs that would like take it if there is space, may.
April 20th – Diabetic and breathing problems
John mentioned that there are some pediatric care webinars that are really great and he is willing to present one that he took to us.
Kim – He is expected to come home 3/3, but will be recovering for a while yet. It is believed that he had a reaction to his RA medication that caused inflammation in his lungs and coupled with his bad chest cold, grew to epic proportions! We are all wishing him well.
Stacy discussed the Run cards. The recent plane “event” had us paged out initially and then they sent a run card. In such a situation, we are paged on the 0 (zero) run card so that means we send 1 ambulance. In the next run card page they did not request another Three Forks ambulance (TFAMB), therefore we are to respond with just the 1st initial ambulance until we are asked or receive a higher run card requesting such.
Stacy also wanted to express his gratitude for everyone covering his Tuesdays and everything this past winter when he’s been dealing with his dad in North Carolina. It is likely that he will be leaving again
soon as well so if you can cover a Tuesday please let your captain or Stacy or Becky know and put it on the calendar.
Sam – Don’t forget that we are 2 months into the 6 months to fulfill your 2 transports to remain in good-standing with the ambulance service.
Please remember that Jonelle is working on her 6 probation runs and will be running as a 4th.
Will be getting info and training details on the medication training that is part of the AEMT license. Even though we don’t carry the drugs we should still have the training.
Have 2 of the 5 sticks in the back of the rig before the IV endorsement is complete!
Pete – The safety officer position is available and the job description is available. Please apply if you’re interested to your respective captain by the March 16th training.
TJ – Wanted to share how proud he is of everyone and what they contribute to this service. Said that the praises we get from Deaconess and elsewhere reflects directly on the great crew we have.
Teena White turned in her resignation and her letter was read.
Scheduling: Please visit the web calendar and see what days are not filled or go to the station if your rather do that. If you take a day and can’t put it on the online calendar, please let your captain know so that they may see that it’s done for you. We do need some shifts filled!!
Run reviews for February.
