Members Present: Stacy, TJ, Connie, Jonelle, Brad, Diana, Kim and new probationary member Corey. Also Board Member Barb.
Called to order at 1858, a little late after call came in and TJ, Corey, Connie and Diana left.
Minutes of previous meeting approved as presented.
Intro of Guests: Corey is our newest member that has just begun his 6mo. probation. Corey is licensed and comes with experience from several departments.
Correspondence: We received a $50 donation from Jan Nelson's relatives. Her service is scheduled for Fri. April 27th at 1100 at the United Methodist Church. There will be a luncheon after wards at the Town Club.
Last Month's Training (MCI): Members were divided into two teams and ran a couple scenarios.
Positions/Roles: Job descriptions were emailed out detailing all the duties for each position. No feedback was received so they will be brought to the Board now for approval.
Spaghetti Dinner: Barb notified us the TF Fire Auxiliary would like to hold a Spaghetti dinner, time-frame was too short so she will go back to them and discuss a holding at a later date.
New equipment/VFW: iPad has been put into service in Amb 3. Stair Chair is being shipped out tomorrow and will be put in service when received. It will be the exact same as we had previously, only green instead of yellow. Please Thank any VFW members you may know or run into for their generosity.
Incentive points: For incentive points to be granted for defib checks and inventories, etc. you MUST enter a report on Image Trend! No exceptions.
License Fee Reimbursement: All members in good standing are eligible to be reimbursed by the Board for any license fees they pay for renewing their license. Members must submit an invoice to the Board to get reimbursed.
Narcan/CO2/CPAP: Narcan training is scheduled for Mon 4/23/18 at 1830.TJ will be teaching this class. There is a mandatory online course you MUST COMPLETE BEFORE NEXT TRAINING 4/23/18. Please log onto www.narcan.bestpracticemedicine.com and login as general user and complete. Completion of this course will get narcan endorsement put directly onto your license. CPAP and End Tidal CO2/Capnography training will be held by Dr Lowe or Dr Birrer at a later date, please make sure you can come on those nights.
Board Meeting: TFA Board meeting has been rescheduled for next Mon 4/16 at 1830.
Amb 1 Restock: Restock of Amb 1 was not completed because of insurance glitch. Connie was supposed to coordinate this with anyone who wanted to help before, so she will be heading up the rescheduling of this. Please talk to her if you are interested in lending a hand to get this done. Once rig is restocked we can schedule for inspection and get rig back in service.
IV Restocking: Dr Lowe will be letting us know whether we are going to restock IV supplies from the ER or if we need to order our own replacements from now on. We can still restock from AMR when available.
Rodeo: High School Rodeo is scheduled for April 28th at 0900 and April 29th at 0800. Please sign up online if you can attend. Stacy would like to see a minimum of 3 on each rig. Amb 2 is to be rig taken out both days of this event.
Training: April 23rd at 1830 Narcan Endorsement. Please see note above about mandatory online course that needs to be completed ahead of time.
Maintenance: Pete was not in attendance. Issues noted with lights on Amb 2.
Supplies: David was not in attendance. Items have been written on board, including gloves, King Airways, and blue blood tubes.
Safety: John was not in attendance.
Issues/Comments: Kim Wilson has decided to resign from the service since he will be moving out of the area. Kim is leaving as a member in great standing and he will be missed. Kim has served with Three Forks Ambulance since 2013. Thank You Kim for your service and dedication.
