General Ambulance Issues (Becky): Thank you to those who are completing Trip Reports, they are looking good. Please keep in mind if the person reading the report cannot visualize the patient, your report is not good enough... The person reading needs to know exactly how the patient was found (pt was found lying on the floor, skin was pale and diaphoretic), etc. Reviewed the mneumonic SOAP. Subjective/Objective/Assessment/Plan.
General Ambulance Issues (Stacy): Brief discussion about paging issues/concerns. Traci mentioned she was getting Active 911 pages, but not actual pages on her pager. Specifically after multiple pages went out Sat nite for additional manpower request. Stacy briefly explained the paging structure and reminded everyone that with our paging structure being over 10 yrs old, issues are inevitable. Reminded us AMR is automatically paged out on all priority C and D calls with us, but for calls with A or B priority, they are only if paged out if we have not acknowledged within alloted time. Also discussed new ERG's (Emergency Response Guides) are out and should be coming soon. When they are received and placed in rigs, an email or page notification will go out. There are also a free apps for your phone out there that have the same information.
4 Wheeler: nothing new to report. Drawing coming up 12/4/2015.

Everyone did a great job filling in most of the gaps on the October On Call calendar. Please step up and fill in any remaining gaps.
