Last month’s training didn’t happen due to the board meeting.
Pipestone was covered and we have not been paid as of yet.
Colter’s was covered and we were paid.
Willow Creek Rural Fire will be holding a fire drill at the Willow Creek School on Friday the 13th at 1000. Anyone interested, take Amb 2 and be at the Willow Creek Station by 0930.
Willow Creek Rural Fire is holding their annual Firefighter Pancake Breakfast on Sunday the 15th from 0700-1100. Come out and support!!
MEMSA 5-8 Oct- Brad is going and has all his reservations.

Christmas Party- The KG Ranch is putting on a catered tri-tip steak dinner for Willow Creek Fire, Three Forks Ambulance and Three Forks Fire on 12 Dec at 1800. Please have a head count to Pete by 16 Oct. Families are encouraged to attend.
Our new truck is in Salt Lake City all ready to go, but they are waiting on 2 other trucks to get lettered before shipping to Helena. Once Helena gets it, they will call Pete to come and inspect it and sign for it. Then it will be stocked and inspected by the State Inspector prior to answering calls.
The new inverter has been received and installed in Amb 1.
The light problem in Amb 2 is being searched out…
Make sure you are putting the equipment back in the truck after a call. Recently a backboard was missing from Amb 2.
The station is being re-keyed and the door code is being changed.
We swapped out first out trucks, Amb 1 is first out now.
A question was brought up about moving equipment, in particular, the mega movers. The mega movers have been relocated to the small right rear door where the spider straps and head blocks are stored.
If you have any ideas on how to better locate our equipment in the trucks or labeling of cabinets, please e mail your ideas to Pete so we can look at them and possibly incorporate them into the new truck.
A question was brought up about the Pre-Alert pages. We will receive Pre-Alert pages on all calls except MVA / MVC.
Discussion was held about the e mail John sent out. One of the main topics was coming up with a mission statement for the department. Anyone with ideas, please bring them to the November meeting.
Runs were reviewed on Image Trend. We still have a few others to portal over from HIRMS…get with TJ or Stacy to get this done.
There are still open dates on the calendar for crew sup. Reminder, when acknowledging page, wait a few minutes before requesting a manpower page. Dispatch is shorthanded so we need ot try and minimize radio traffic to them when possible.
