Meeting called to order @ 1830
Minutes of Previous Meeting: approved
Introduction of Guests: none
Correspondence: Thank You note from Gary Perrin and his daughter Ellen thanking John, David, Sam and Kelly for their prompt and caring attention.
Old Business:
Last Month’s Training: Stroke and Chest Pain (October). Training was given by Becky and was very informative and helpful. New EMR’s were in attendance.

New Business:
Maintenance (Pete): Amb 2 will be going in for a new windshield this Fri. Reminder to turn off High Intensity lights when at Hospital, they are being left on and burning sockets. *****  Bi-annual Inspection is scheduled for the 15th. Please let Pete know ASAP if you notice any issues.

Supplies (David): David was not in attendance, Becky will be grabbing Benadryl and Aspirin when she goes to town. All items on board were ordered.

              Training and Events:
November 21st: Lifting and Moving. New EMR’s will be in attendance, hopefully we can all get to know them and utilize them as an extra set of hands if you see them on a call.
December 19th: No Training planned due to Holidays.
January 16th: Sexual Harassment and Blood-borne pathogens

Safety Officer (Cindy): Reminder to not be afraid to stop and call for Law Enforcement if you get a weird feeling on a call. Our safety ALWAYS comes first. Recently read about a Medic being stabbed on call with mentally unstable patient, these types of things always hit home.

T-Shirt Order (TJ): TJ has spreadsheet for T shirt order and samples of new Poly blend Dri-fit shirts by Champion. If you opt for one of these shirts instead of the normal cotton, the service will pay $15 toward each shirt, member may be responsible for difference in cost which is still being negotiated. Please keep in mind these shirts run big, so you can order a size smaller. If you were not in attendance, please get a hold of TJ with your order.

Halloween (Cindy): Haunted Station went GREAT! We raised $195 in donations. Thanks to all who pitched in and helped. Plans for Haunted Trail in the works for next year partnered up with some other local businesses.

Any Other:
General Ambulance Issues: For those of us who renew our MT licenses on an odd year, the time is here. Becky will be handing out CE’s and Training Hours.  Lavonne Flynn has offered to donate day lilies and bulbs for the flower beds. Winter grass seed has been donated, we just need people to come down and help spread. Please coordinate all landscaping with Sam. Xmas Stroll this year will have auction with wreaths and trees donated by local businesses and Chamber Members, all proceeds to benefit Three   Forks Ambulance. Masonic Lodge has offered to provide Three Forks Ambulance members with a dinner in February and is looking for fundraiser ideas for our behalf. Please let Becky know if you have ideas. Reminder: Trip Reports/PCR’s are due within 24 HRS, no exceptions. FYI: There is a newborn in Clarkston that was recently brought home from Seattle. If we are paged out for calls with C, D, or E priorities AMR and Reach will be automatically dispatched. There is also the possibility  of another infant off Madison Rd coming home soon from Salt Lake. Dr Lowe might come out to provide us with specialized training for these patients. Page will go out of we get this scheduled.

              Captains Reports:
Sam: Sam was not in attendance, no issues that anyone knows of.
TJ Thank you to everyone who helped with the EMR classes. Help will be needed in January for EMR testing. Plans next year for an EMR to EMT bridge course also. Please don’t be afraid to use EMR students on calls as an extra set of hands, if  needed.
Pete: Thank You to all for your help. Get with Pete if you can come down and wash rigs/clean up bays for State Inspection Nov. 15th.
